Genus Holdings was a hodge podge of half a dozen family run businesses with limited scale and horizontal growth across firms. Due to the lack of operational and technology prowess, the firms were unable to structure growth and persisted by limping with inefficiencies. By the end of our Discovery, we advised on corporate restructuring as a holding company with the operational product vision that would reflect in its architecture and infrastructure.

Genus Holdings was a six-company private holdings company that was spread thin across leadership and operations. It was in dire need of strategic goal setting, digital transformation, and data-driven insights. Our team was engaged to assess half a dozen children companies to a parent holdings company. This involved human resources, technology, operational, financial, and systems assessments.

With core expertise in real estate, the team provides market positioning for an existing fabrication business by branding, leadership, and digital scale to to take advantage of its furnish and install capabilities as 1 out of 3 recognized installers in the US. Lastly, we advised on developing an enterprise stack for technology, finance and human resource support that enables functional unit level control to drive efficiency and results.
